Dr. Tamer Alzatari, DVM

Dr. Tamer Alzatari, also known as “Dr. A,” is a dedicated veterinarian passionate about providing compassionate, personalized care in the comfort of his patients’ homes. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), Dr. Alzatari went on to receive his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University.

Dr. A founded his mobile veterinary service with a simple but important goal: to create a less stressful, more comfortable experience for pets and their families. He understands that many animals experience significant anxiety in traditional clinic environments—from stressful car rides to unfamiliar smells, sounds, and crowded waiting rooms. By bringing veterinary care directly to the home, Dr. A is able to provide a calmer, more personalized approach that helps pets feel safer and allows owners to feel more involved and at ease during appointments.

His professional interests include preventive care, internal medicine, client education, and improving the overall quality of life for pets through individualized care. Dr. A believes that veterinary medicine is not just about treating illness, but also about building trust and long-term relationships with families and their pets.

Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Alzatari enjoys staying active, working out at the gym, and pursuing one of his biggest personal goals—traveling to as many countries as possible. He values experiencing different cultures, exploring diverse environments, and gaining perspectives that continue to shape his compassionate and open-minded approach to veterinary care.
